Harney County Save A Stray

MISSION:
Harney County Save A Stray (HCSAS) is dedicated to re-homing pets in need and reducing pet over-population through the promotion of humane spay/neuter practices.

VISION:
HCSAS is a group of volunteers with personal commitment, humane sensitivity, compassion, and technical skill who are passionate in the belief that no-kill pet rescue is globally achievable and the only humane solution to pet overpopulation. Through networking, outreach, rescue, training, rehabilitation and basic medical care, we work to ensure happy tails for all those we serve.
